new years gratitude

well, it's that time again... a time for reflection, a time for new beginnings, a time for resolutions. we look back onto the year that we've recently completed and decide how we would like to change our lives for the better.

some decide to lose weight, some decide to travel more, some decide to save money and pay off debt.

while i haven't made a "resolution" in quite some time, i have decided that this will be the year of gratitude.

  1. the quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

i vow to take appreciation in every day.
i vow to show gratitude with every breath i take.
i vow to be thankful for the many opportunities given to me.

a new year can bring so many good things to so many people, and i sincerely hope that each and every one of you resolves to do something good in this coming year. whether its putting down your phones and spending more time with your family, rescuing puppies (hint, hint!), or even taking the time to slow down and appreciate what you have... find the joy in it all.

be grateful, friends!
