Growing a tiny human is hard work, y'all.
This girl has me feeling like I'm almost in my 3rd trimester when I just hit 13 weeks!
I'm not going to lie and say that the first trimester has been a wonderful experience - now, it has in some ways, but I honestly didn't think I could get so sick from one tiny little human being.
She loves napping (all.the.time) and pickles (mt olive only, of course).
She hates the smell of meat (especially in-n-out... I can hardly go to Target anymore!).
She's as big as a lemon (and loves frosted lemonades from Chick-fil-A).
She's almost 3" long and weighs in around .80 ounces.
Every time we've seen her on the ultrasound (we've had 5 now), she's the wiggliest little girl I've ever seen.
We're currently working on baby registries (thank you, babylist) and I've recently learned that maternity jeans and maternity leggings are my best friends. While the hairband trick worked, it was anything but comfortable (goodbye, cute ripped skinny jeans).
I'm learning to love the skin I'm in, because I've been so blessed to be able to carry this little miracle. She has no idea how incredibly loved she is, by everyone!
I'm savoring every moment I can.
Learning from those who I've followed in their footsteps.
Creating memories that not every one would have.
Here's to another week, and to the second trimester!
